Once your order is verified, shipments are executed. It takes up to 48 – 72 hours for the process to ship your order during the business days (Monday to Friday). You will be officially informed of the shipment date during the checkout process.
Once your order is shipped, the approx. Delivery time is from 2 to 7 business (working) days. Holidays and limited edition launches are excluded, and the timings for such events may vary.
An official email will be sent to your end the minute your shipment is passed over to the shipment provider. It typically takes about 1 to 3 working days. Afterwards, you will receive a tracking number from the shipping provider through which you may be able to track and follow your shipment’s journey.

The international orders will be delivered within 5 – 7 days after being dispatched. Any taxes or duties to be paid upon the package will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that all the valid custom fees, duties, and taxes will be solely borne by the customer on international orders. Any refused packages will not be refunded. Additionally, we are not liable for any customs fee of your country, improper shipping information, or hold times provided to you. It will take about 1 to 2 business working days to process your order and to receive the tracking number from your shipping provider.
FELICIA is not responsible for any shipping issues that may affect your delivery including, customs, natural incidences, strikes, delay, extra charges, transportation (air and ground), back-end charges.
FELICIA is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Lost and stolen packages are non-refundable. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and matches the exact address of shipment delivery, we are not responsible for any further lost, misplaced or stolen package.
