All returned items must be unused, unworn, original with tags or/and packaging if possible. There should be no stains, odour, or any damage to the items that are to be returned to us.

You are liable to provide the order details in case of receive the items as a gift. Failure to do so will result in the return request being cancelled.

Any products bought under the Mystery Box option cannot be exchanged or returned.

As returned items are your sole responsibility, make sure to package the item well to avoid any damage on the product before it reaches our end.

Additionally, the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back to us, we suggest you use a trackable return service and ensure that you get the evidence of postage whether or not you need to contact us upon your return.

Felicia will credit you the amount in the same way it was purchased by you within 7 days of receiving the returned package.


The return policy for Christmas is extended to 30 days. Starting from 1st December to 10th January. Make sure that all returns are escorted with a valid proof of purchase.


The customer will be bearing the cost/fees to return the delivery. Felicia do accept an international return, but we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

As per the refund requests:

You are required to return the package to us. On our reception of your returned package, our team will inspect the package and details. You will receive a notifying email from our support on either rejection or acceptance of your refund request.

On approval, your refund request will be processed. A credit will be automatically transferred to your credit card o the original payment method of your purchase within a few days’ time. On rejection, you will receive an email with all the necessary reasons for the denial of your refund request. On the approval of refund request from us to you through an email, it may take about 7 days for the amount to reach your account.


In regards to the missing/misplaced items, kindly check the received package carefully.

Most of the time, the items are still in the package/box. Before taking a drastic measure, you are required to thoroughly check the received parcel. Additionally, in some cases, some items are separately shipped and hold a different tracking number and delivery date.

You are required to tell us about your missing item within 14 days. A day exceeding over will not be accepted, and we will not be able to reship or refund the package.
